You may have heard about (or experienced) the big
storm in the northeastern US this weekend.
Here in Massachusetts it was a big deal—from the T shutting down Friday
afternoon, sundry states of emergency declared, and a travel ban to the actual freezing
cold, gusting wind and driving snow.
Since we couldn't go outside for quite a while,
my roommate studied and I baked bread. Near-blizzards are good for productivity.

Now that the snow is over, twenty inches is the official
measurement for our neighborhood—bringing outdoor fun for two Lancaster County girls!
